What are your cancellation policies?
A 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect for all individual services. A 50% cancellation fee may be applied to your account without sufficient notice. All of our spa packages require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. We do require 48 hours notice for any cancellations of spa packages; if we are not given sufficient notice your deposit may be held. We do require a credit card number to be put on file for all group bookings to reserve the appointments. Please note that no charges will be placed on your card unless there is a late cancellation. We ask all of our guests to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled service time so that you can enjoy the full spa experience and get settled in with a refreshment. Regrettably, a late arrival may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining time allotted.
Can I bring my child to my appointment?
Due to potential liabilities, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12, including infants of any age, in the service or waiting areas.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?

What methods of payment are accepted?
We are happy to accept payment for services in the form of Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard and Mahogany Gift Card. Please note that we do not accept any personal cheques. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are subject to HST.
How do I tip my Service Provider?
Gratuities are graciously accepted by all of our staff. Please note that we accept cash gratuities only. Gift cards are not accepted as gratuity. There is an ATM machine at both of our locations for your added convenience.
I have insurance coverage for massage. Can I apply it to a Mahogany treatment?
If your insurance policy covers massage treatments it is generally only applicable to Registered Massage Therapy treatments. Receipts for Registered Massage treatments will be issues upon request. Please be advised, if you are paying for your registered massage with a gift card your insurance company may not cover the treatment.
I’m interested in your Spa Packages. Are the prices listed per person or per group?
Because we are able to accommodate groups of many sizes, all of our Spa Package prices are listed per person.
Do you offer lunch?
During your time at Mahogany, each client will be offered their choice of a hot or cold beverage. We also provide a selection of cookies for your enjoyment. Assorted charcuterie boards are available to order during your service. Catering for special events is available. Please speak with a Guest Service Representative for details.
How do I book my appointment?
Please call 613-492-3334 to book your appointment or click here (link to booking page). Walk-ins are welcome, however are based on availability only. If you have a stylist or aesthetician you particularly enjoy seeing, we encourage you to book subsequent appointments at the time of your visit to avoid any disappointment.
