Spa Arrival (For all appointments)
To start your relaxing spa experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your services for your first appointment so that a client history form can be completed.
For each appointment following please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that you can receive your full allotted treatment time.

Insurance Coverage
If your insurance policy covers massage treatments it most
likely applies only to Therapeutic Registered Massages.
Please be advised, if you are paying for your registered massage with a gift card your insurance company may not cover the treatment.
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation policy is in effect for all services at Mahogany Salon and Spa. If you cancel without sufficient notice there may be a charge applied to your account.

Lunches
Food is available upon request prior to appointment for a small additional charge.
Booking Appointments
Please call to book appointments. Walk-ins are welcome, however we are unable to assure service.
Cell Phones and Pagers
Please be kind and courteous to all guests, pagers and cell phones must be turned off prior to entering Mahogany Salon and Spa.
Children
Regrettably, childcare services are not provided at Mahogany Salon and Spa. Unfortunately we do not accommodate children under the age of 12.
Gratuities
In appreciation to the staff for an outstanding service, Cash gratuities may be given at your discretion. envelopes are made available at the front desk for your convenience
Gift certificates do not include gratuities and cannot be used for this purpose.
